Florence is getting ready to welcome èno Florence – Wine Excellence, the new event dedicated to high-quality wine that will debut on 21 and 22 September at the Fortezza da Basso. To officially launch the event, a presentation press conference is scheduled for Monday 21 July at 11:00 a.m. at the Ristorante L’Ortone in Piazza Ghiberti 87R, Florence.
During the meeting, the promoters of the initiative – Corrado Guerranti, Simone Tacconi, Andrea Vannini, Sergio Bianchini and Andrea Tagliafraschi – will present the project and the programme of the event, on behalf of the five leading wine-sector agencies in Florence:
- Betawine
- Tagliafraschi e Associati
- Vintage 04
- Doppia G Selezione
- Andrea Vannini Rappresentanze
This will be followed by a light lunch with a preview tasting of some of the labels that will be present at the tasting stands of èno Florence in September.
The initiative takes place under the patronage of the City of Florence, the Metropolitan City, the Florence Chamber of Commerce and the Associazione Città del Vino.
