Borgo del Cedro is a young winery of the Castelli Romani, born from the passion of the Costantini family and led by sisters Sara and Giulia. With vineyards on soils of volcanic origin, it produces wines that express the identity of the Lazio territory, combining family tradition, sustainability and a contemporary vision of winemaking.
