Founded in 2001, the estate today comprises 150 hectares of its own land, of which 60 are under vine and 14 planted with splendid centuries-old olive trees. A 3,000 sq m cellar, the beating heart of the estate, was built in harmony with the landscape without forgoing the most modern technologies aimed at absolute quality and respect for the environment. For us, eco-sustainability is not just a fine word but a deep, daily commitment, reflected in complete photovoltaic energy self-sufficiency and in our adherence to the Magis project and to integrated farming. The entire production process — from the management of our own vineyards through to the harvest, vinification and bottling — is carried out independently with great care and passion by people who, like us, believe in what they do. The highly specialised and motivated team is led by Giuseppe Caviola, recognised today as one of the foremost oenologists at both the Italian and international level.
