The distribution brand is called Deposito Clandestino. It grew out of the initiative of Andrea Ciancolini who, after some 25 years of experience in wine shops, restaurants and hospitality, decided to put his experience in the world of wine to use — wine having always been both a great passion and one of the driving forces behind his later work in food and wine. The catalogue is the result of careful research into producers who focus on the quality of their work: small estates where the pursuit of quality and of their own identity as producers is then poured into what they make. The catalogue ranges across estates in the best-known appellations as well as producers from emerging territories.
