Colli di Castelfranci

Altitude as a choice. Precision as a method. Colli di Castelfranci was born at the heart of Irpinia, in one of Italy's most prized territories for mountain viticulture. Here the vineyards lie between 500 and over 800 metres above sea level, where wide temperature swings, constant ventilation and soils rich in clay-limestone and volcanic matter allow slow, complete ripening of the grapes. These conditions naturally preserve acidity, aromas and the integrity of the fruit, essential elements for wines of great balance and extraordinary drinkability. Our philosophy is simple: intervene as little as possible, observe the vineyard and make the most of what the mountain naturally offers. That is why every agronomic choice is supported by monitoring technology and precision management, allowing us to act only when genuinely necessary, improving both quality and sustainability. In the cellar, innovation and respect for the raw material coexist daily. Rigorous fermentation control, careful grape selection and the targeted use of steel and large casks make it possible to preserve territorial identity and aromatic purity without weighing the wines down. The result is a collection of labels that favours freshness, energy and depth over power. Clean, dynamic, food-friendly wines, marked by a precise, flowing palate able to evolve over time without losing elegance. Colli di Castelfranci interprets a new idea of Irpinia: contemporary, sustainable viticulture geared towards absolute quality, where altitude is not simply a geographical fact but the main tool for producing authentic, territorial and recognisable wines.
