L'ALBERONE · Bibbiena, Casentino - Renata and Roberto produce IRENZETTI, a pure Pinot Noir born from the encounter between an architect's sensibility and a secret valley of Tuscany, where the Arno rises among woods, Romanesque parish churches and monasteries. Two hectares at 500 metres, three parcels, spontaneous fermentation, 36 months of ageing. A long, silent work, guided by Maurizio Castelli and Mery Ferrara. For an architect, making wine is a natural continuation: to design something not yet visible, to find the way in which the logic of nature becomes beauty.
