All production stages take place within a single facility: from the cultivation of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, to harvesting, pressing, cooking and ageing in over 4,500 wooden barrels, to the bottling and packaging of the final product. The result of an exclusively traditional process is a wide range of genuine, 100% natural products, free from any kind of chemical agent and with real, complete traceability.
