Our approach
We ask many questions, of ourselves and of those around us. We embrace a holistic vision of viticulture. The oxen graze freely among our vineyards, not far away we grow the vegetable garden, we carefully study the climate, we experiment in the vineyard and cellar, we harvest the grapes when they are still crisp, we paint some labels with our fingers, we run an organic restaurant, and our hearts fill with pride when we think that people from over 15 nations work on our estate. Diversity excites us, moves us and inspires us. Why limit ourselves to thinking in black and white when there are different shades of colour? Of course, it is often difficult to structure diversity harmoniously, but it is a wonderful challenge. This, for us, is how biodynamics works.
Our wines
Alto Adige is a multiform land, and this is the aspect we want to capture with our wines, embracing the landscape diversity of this region. The wines must be identifiable and convey their geographical origin and their artisanal care. We love fresh, lively wines, the ones that pleasantly invite you to drink a second and a third glass. They must delight and leave an indelible memory in those who taste them.
