André Goichot

The company's history begins in 1947 in Merceuil, in Burgundy, when André-Marcel bought his first vineyard, giving rise to Maison André Goichot. The real revolution came in 1987 when his son André-Marie took over the management of the House and gave it a decisive boost: the company moved from wholesale orders to bottling, thus becoming a trading house dedicated to wine resale. In 2000 another great leap in quality was made with the construction of the modern, technological production site in Beaune. Thanks to this and the entry into the company of the third generation, made up of four siblings, the company expanded its horizons, offering the House's wines to the international market.
The management of the partners must match that of the owned Domaines, which is why periodic visits are made to check quality before the product enters the cellar. Among the rows, respect for environmental balance and agronomic standards is always constant and maximal. In the cellar every production step is monitored, never losing sight of the main objective: to enhance everything that the season and the territory have been able to express.
