Argentiera

Argentiera takes its name from the ancient silver mines worked in Etruscan times. Founded in 1999, it extends over 153 hectares, 85 of which under vine, nestled among woods and Mediterranean scrub. Set at the highest elevations of the Bolgheri denomination and a short distance from the sea, it benefits from intense light, constant breezes and marked temperature swings.
