Valle del Sole

A family business of the Borselli family, led by the young owner Marco. Located in Lucca between the Serchio river and the Apuan Alps, it spans 13 hectares of organic and biodynamic vineyards. On mineral soils of Tuscan macigno sandstone, the winery (2010) combines technology and tradition: vinification in steel and unglazed concrete, ageing in concrete 'Tulipe' tanks and French oak. A fresh, lively estate that expresses the authentic soul of the territory on a human scale.
