The estate, covering 15 hectares, is located on the hills facing Cortona. Family-run and organically certified, it was founded in 2000, choosing to focus exclusively on Syrah. Only recently has one hectare of Viognier been planted. The project is to make absolutely “artisanal” wines without giving up the use of the most modern methods and technologies, but always working solely by hand, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Average production is 50,000 bottles a year, 6 Syrah and one Viognier, all single-varietal. Each wine differs from the others in harvest timing, vinification and ageing methods.
