Innesto – Sofia Ricasoli is the personal project of Sofia Ricasoli, heir to one of the oldest Italian wine families. Born in the heart of Chianti Classico, between the hills of Gaiole and the Castello di Brolio, Innesto combines the family's historical heritage with a contemporary, experimental vision. Through an artisanal production and a deep attention to the territory, the wines express with elegance and authenticity a new interpretation of Sangiovese and of the Tuscan tradition.
