Pieve di Campoli
Visita il sitoThe Diocesan Institute for the Sustenance of the Clergy of Florence was established in 1985, following the new concordat law agreed between the Italian State and the Catholic Church.
The Institute, heir to the centuries-old parish prebends, became in that year the owner of the Pieve di Campoli agricultural estate, whose registered office is at Via Dolfi 5/7, Florence. The estate's extent is about 450 hectares spread across 7 municipalities. The Pieve di Campoli estate includes over 50 hectares of specialised vineyard, located in the Chianti and Chianti Classico areas, and over 20,000 olive trees planted on about 100 hectares of land scattered across the province.
The winery is located in Cortine, Barberino Val d'Elsa (FI), 5 km from the San Donato exit of the Florence-Siena Autopalio.
The company's organisation is predominantly wine-oriented, with production of IGT, Chianti, Chianti Classico, Vinsanto del Chianti Classico and a limited production of table wine for direct sale.
Alongside wine production, there is a substantial production of extra-virgin olive oil.
