Tenuta Cafaggiolo

Tenuta Cafaggiolo is an estate surrounded by the greenery of the fertile Mugello valley. Encircled by gentle hills, our vineyards produce refined wines with a deep respect for nature. We work organically, producing mainly Pinot Nero along with small quantities of Chardonnay. Our cellar uses only natural yeasts and all the red wines ferment in oak vats. To guarantee quality, we age the wines in small-format barrels and leave them unfiltered to preserve their natural bouquet.
