Tenuta L'Impostino

Our estate, TENUTA L'IMPOSTINO, is located in the upper Tuscan Maremma, in the Montecucco Docg denomination, where we produce about 120,000 bottles (5 Sangiovese-based reds, a Vermentino white and a Tuscan rosé), carrying out all operations in a tailored way using the organic method. We invested in this estate in 2001, strongly convinced of the potential of a territory that, if well managed, could yield excellent wines. We have always worked with passion and a constant drive to achieve the highest quality, and the results today are confirming our intuition. With the Biopass project we follow a style of viticulture focused on maximum environmental respect and on safeguarding and increasing biodiversity — that is, the strong presence of microorganisms and small insects that find their best habitat in healthy, unstressed soils — and the grapes produced are proving, year after year, to be of ever-improving quality, which then transfers to the glass!
