Piandaccoli

Piandaccoli brings the grape varieties of Renaissance Tuscany back to life. Since 2004, thanks to the passion of Giampaolo Bruni, we have grown Foglia Tonda, Pugnitello, Mammolo and Barsaglina, as well as the classic Sangiovese, in our 20 hectares at Malmantile, on the outskirts of Florence. We practise manual harvesting and single-varietal vinification to enhance the aromas of these rare cultivated varieties, with the aim of preserving the biodiversity of the territory. At Piandaccoli we recover the past to combine it with the taste of tomorrow.
