Saraja

Saraja is the wine project born from the idea of 4 partners, all coming from the wine world, united by a great passion for wine and above all by a strong belief in the Sardinian land. Saraja spans a property of 75 hectares, 49 of them under vine, plus the management of vineyards in Ogliastra for Cannonau and in Sulcis for Carignano.
The company is based in Telti in Gallura, a land always suited to viticulture but above all a land of great Vermentino.
It is a historic hillside vineyard at an altitude starting from 300 m above sea level and rising to more than 500 m above sea level. The vineyard, protected at its back by Monte Limbara, is composed of a soil type formed of granitic sand and quartz stones that give great savouriness/minerality to the Saraja Vermentino wines. It is a land that yields an expression of authentic wines and, above all, of the identity of the territory.
