This document governs access to and use of the website enoflorence.it and the conditions of sale of tickets for the ÈNO Florence 2025 event, organised by ENO Srl – VAT IT-02616540973.

Use of the site and the purchase of one or more tickets imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Subject of the Service

ÈNO Florence is an event dedicated to the world of wine, taking place on 21 and 22 September 2025 at the Fortezza da Basso, Florence.

Through the website it is possible to:

  •

    • Purchase tickets for wine lovers (access allowed only on Sunday 21 September);

    • Register free of charge as industry professionals;

    • Submit requests to take part as exhibitors;

    • Obtain information on the programme, initiatives, exhibitors and masterclasses.

2. Tickets and Access to the Event

Tickets are purchased through the WooCommerce platform integrated into the site. Tickets are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

2.1 Ticket Types and Prices

  •

    • Early Bird: €35.00 (until 31 July 2025);

    • Pre-sale: €50.00 (from 1 August to 20 September 2025);

    • €60 per person

Each entry ticket includes: a tasting glass, a glass-holder lanyard and a guide to the labels.

3. How the Ticketing System Works for Event Entry and for Attending the Sunday Masterclasses

      • For each order placed through the site, one personal ticket is issued for every unit purchased.

      • The name printed on the ticket is that of the person who placed the order.

      • In the case of a multiple purchase, each ticket will bear the same name as the purchaser, but will be identified by a unique code and progressive numbering (e.g. 987611234-1, 987611234-2, etc.).

      • Each ticket is personal, cannot be duplicated, and is scanned individually at the entrance.
      • Masterclass tickets must be shown at the entrance to the Masterclass itself (no QR CODE is provided) to verify the booking.

    During check-in at the entrance:

        • Staff view the order details (name, email, ticket type);

        • The system records the check-in in real time;

        • The multiple use of the same QR Code is prevented;

        • Separate check-ins are allowed for tickets from the same order, provided that each participant has their own ticket.

      4. Receiving and Using the Tickets

      After the order and payment are completed, an email is sent automatically from web@enoflorence.it with the link to download the tickets in PDF.

      Tickets can be:

          • Shown on a mobile device;

          • Printed on paper.

        The same system is also used for operator accreditations. In this case, the email with the tickets will be sent only after the request is approved by the organisation and a complimentary order has been created for the chosen date.

        5. Payment Methods

        Payments are managed through WooCommerce’s electronic systems. They are handled via the PayPal processor or the WooPayment (Stripe) processor, and credit cards, debit cards and other enabled methods are accepted, including instalment payment (where supported). Payments are secure and encrypted.

        The organisation, at its sole discretion, may issue and advertise promotional discount codes that the user can enter in the cart to obtain discounts on the payment.

        6. Right of Withdrawal

        Pursuant to art. 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets relating to services with a specific date or period.

        Tickets are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.

        7. Changes to or Cancellation of the Event

        The organisation reserves the right to change dates, times or programme due to force majeure. In the event of cancellation, the methods of refund or alternative use of the ticket will be communicated.

        8. Operator Registration

        Registration is reserved exclusively for professionals in the wine sector: restaurateurs, sommeliers, wine-shop owners, buyers, journalists, bloggers and food&wine creators. Each request is subject to verification by the organisation.

        9. Exhibitor Requests

        Submitting a request to become an exhibitor does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Selections are at the discretion of the organising agencies. In the event of approval, communications will follow with the operational details and participation fee.

        10. Liability

        The organisation accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site or from participation in the event. The user is required to provide truthful data in the online forms.

        11. Under-18s

        The serving of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to those under 18

        12. Processing of Personal Data

        Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). More information in our Privacy Policy.

        13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

        These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Florence shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
